All services provided by JW Hansen Lawn Services LLC require payment as agreed upon in the service contract. Payment can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or any method specified in the agreement. Full payment is required prior to the commencement of services unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Refer to our pricing page for details on costs
Customers may cancel a scheduled service, but refunds or reversals are only possible if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled service. Any payment made for services canceled outside this period may not be refunded, as preparation and scheduling may have already been completed.
If a customer needs to reschedule a service, they should notify JW Hansen Lawn Services LLC at least 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to charge a nominal rescheduling fee if proper notice is not provided. Services may also be canceled by the company in case of unforeseen circumstances, in which case customers will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative schedule.
Payments not received by the agreed date are considered late. JW Hansen Lawn Services LLC reserves the right to suspend services until payment is received. Repeated late payments may result in additional fees or termination of services.
Refunds are only issued in accordance with the payment cancellation policy or in the event of non-performance by JW Hansen Lawn Services LLC. Customers are encouraged to contact us immediately regarding any disputes or issues. All disputes will be reviewed and resolved in good faith, aiming for mutual satisfaction.
Customers must provide access to the areas scheduled for service at the agreed time. JW Hansen Lawn Services LLC is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible areas, locked gates, or restricted access points.
Our goal is to provide high-quality lawn and landscaping services. If you are not satisfied with any part of the service provided, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address the issue promptly.
JW Hansen Lawn Services LLC is not liable for any damage caused by existing conditions of the property that are not disclosed prior to service, including underground utilities, weak structures, or hazardous obstacles.
Appointments are scheduled based on availability and confirmed once payment or deposit is received. We request punctuality to ensure services are performed efficiently and on schedule.
All personal information provided by customers, including payment details, contact information, and service history, will be securely stored and used solely for delivering services. JW Hansen Lawn Services LLC will not share customer information with third parties without explicit consent, except as required by law.
